Affiliate Account Manager

AppGlowing is a fast-growing performance marketing agency partnering with top-tier brands in iGaming, fintech/neobanks, and mobile apps. We are scaling rapidly and looking for a proactive Account/Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of our existing partner portfolio. This is not a business development role. We don't need you to chase leads; we need you to nurture relationships. We are looking for an operational strategist who loves optimizing live campaigns, managing budgets, and serving as a trusted advisor to our partners. What You’ll Do Own Partner Relationships: Act as the strategic point of contact for advertisers and publishers, building trust through reliable execution and proactive communication. Master Campaign Operations: Manage budget allocation, adjust caps, control pacing, and secure volume to consistently exceed KPIs. Drive Optimization: Analyze live campaign data to make fast, informed decisions that maximize ROI and conversion efficiency. Ensure Technical Accuracy: Troubleshoot attribution issues and maintain smooth integrations across tracking platforms. Analyze & Improve: Review revenue, margins, and post-install metrics to identify growth opportunities within the account. What You Bring (Requirements) Technical Expertise: You possess deep, hands‑on experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Affise. Note: Proficiency in these platforms is a strict requirement for this role. Performance Marketing Background: Proven experience in affiliate or performance marketing account management, specifically within the user acquisition funnel. Analytical Mindset: You understand attribution models and post‑install metrics inside and out. Self‑Management: You are self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently within EU time zones. Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory. Additional languages are a strong plus.
