Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions using a secure video platform, following best practices for remote counseling.

• Develop individualized care plans and perform client intakes to assess mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Manage a caseload of clients, meticulously documenting client sessions and progress in adherence with organizational standards.

• Effectively handle crisis situations as they arise, coordinating referrals and interventions to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance the quality of care provided and support continued professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve understanding the unique cultural, social, and economic factors that affect each client's mental health journey, allowing you to tailor interventions that best meet their needs and encourage recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy is required.

• An active Washington state license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to practice as a mental health counselor is essential.

• Strong virtual communication abilities are a must, along with excellent organizational skills to manage your caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience working as a mental health counselor is required, candidates with additional certifications or specialization in specific therapeutic modalities will be preferred. Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health record systems are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
