Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, vulnerabilities, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals and interventions to foster client progress.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning for clients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Document session notes and treatment plans thoroughly and promptly, adhering to ethical and legal standards established by state laws and organizational guidelines.

• Facilitate psychoeducation groups and support sessions, enhancing clients' understanding of mental health challenges and fostering peer support.
