Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of your clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the specific mental health needs of each individual.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Engaging in regular consultations with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate a holistic approach to patient care.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available resources.

• Staying current with advancements in mental health research and integrating new approaches into your existing practices.

• Managing a dedicated caseload to ensure timely reporting on client progress towards treatment goals while maintaining ethical and professional standards as defined by the NASW.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
