Work Environment\n

This position is designed for those who thrive in a remote work setting, allowing for a flexible lifestyle while still being involved in a collaborative team dynamic. You will engage in regular video conferencing with your colleagues and participate in virtual training and development opportunities. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with additional evening hours required on a rotating basis to accommodate client appointments and ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health and substance use concerns. This process will involve using structured diagnostic tools and interviews to identify co-occurring disorders.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions focused on essential life skills, coping mechanisms, relapse prevention techniques, and emotional regulation strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Comprehensive understanding of evidence-based practices for treating co-occurring disorders, particularly Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
