Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and personalized interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the clients' unique needs, goals, and preferences, adjusting strategies as progress is monitored.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, effectively addressing a range of mental health issues.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, effectively managing urgent situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards to protect clients' privacy.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and updates during team meetings to enhance the overall care experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health treatment, integrating new knowledge into practice.
• Participate in regular supervision and training opportunities to continuously enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and the standards set by relevant licensing boards, maintaining professionalism in all facets of your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve understanding the unique aspects of each client's background and experiences, ensuring culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges individual differences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities that enable effective treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
