Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a private practice or telehealth setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
