Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine the mental health needs of clients, enabling the development of customized treatment plans that facilitate recovery and growth.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a broad spectrum of mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
