Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments to identify clients’ stressors and mental health challenges, using a strengths-based approach to develop tailored intervention plans.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients cultivate awareness and develop coping strategies.

• Facilitate virtual mindfulness workshops that encourage groups to practice techniques for stress management and emotional resilience.

• Guide individual clients through mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathing techniques, fostering a supportive and encouraging therapeutic environment.

• Document client interactions in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring comprehensive records of treatment plans, progress updates, and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enrich patient care through holistic approaches, integrating mindfulness into various therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
