Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to effectively support students from a distance while maintaining a strong connection with the school community. You will engage with educators, parents, and external agencies through virtual platforms, ensuring consistent communication and guidance tailored to students' needs. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, following the school calendar, with some flexibility required for events such as parent-teacher conferences and special programs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs using standardized tools and observational methods.

• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by each student.

• Provide counseling services in both individual and group settings, focusing on relevant areas such as behavior management, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to create strategies that enhance students' academic performance and emotional well-being.

• Identify students in need of further support, facilitating referrals to mental health professionals or community resources as appropriate.

• Champion students' rights and advocate for their access to equitable educational opportunities and necessary support services.

• Conduct home visits as needed to gain additional insights into students' circumstances and foster closer connections with their families.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
