Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using structured methodologies to ensure an accurate understanding of clients’ mental health needs. For example, you may utilize standardized assessment tools to evaluate symptoms and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their healing process. This may include role-playing scenarios during sessions to practice coping strategies.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and precise for each client encounter.

• Participate actively in a multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care and ensure treatment plans are well-integrated.

• Facilitate case consultations and engage in peer review meetings to exchange insights and best practices, ultimately enhancing the quality of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing varying levels of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.
