This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to maintain a work-life balance while providing essential services to clients. While the nature of your work will primarily be virtual, you will also have the option to collaborate with colleagues in our beautifully designed outpatient office located in Santa Clarita when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, leveraging evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Create detailed, personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring ongoing assessment and adjustment as necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses, enabling informed clinical decision-making and effective crisis intervention strategies.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation that meets confidentiality protocols while tracking treatment progress and client outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to offer integrated care and enhanced client support.

Your work will primarily involve clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will cater to a diverse population, including varied age groups and backgrounds, ensuring appropriate and personalized support for each individual or family. Your role will be vital in promoting positive mental health outcomes and facilitating healthier communication and relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of California is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families in a therapeutic setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method.

• Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to foster a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship.
