Intake Coordinator
Location: Fair Lawn, NJ
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Alora Supports is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, coordinate the intake process, collect required documentation, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
Manage new client inquiries and referrals
Coordinate intake paperwork and documentation
Communicate with clients, families, and referral sources
Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding items
Work closely with the clinical and operations teams
Qualifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Healthcare or human services experience preferred
Compensation
$55,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience)
