Staff Accountant

Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their growing accounting team. This role will support the month-end close process, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities:- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Maintain the general ledger and analyze account variances
- Support financial reporting and audit requests
- Assist with AP, AR, and inventory accounting as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5+ years of accounting experience
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Experience with Eclipse ERP strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
