Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at CloudWave Therapy Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with clients to assess their mental health needs and collaboratively set achievable treatment goals.

• Providing innovative, prevention-oriented therapy to address diverse mental health concerns.

• Implementing and regularly reviewing individualized treatment plans to monitor client progress.

• Collaborating with other treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.

• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Maintaining a caseload of clients while managing scheduling effectively, ensuring quality time is dedicated to each session.

• Participating in regular staff meetings to contribute to team discussions and interdisciplinary care planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse clientele seeking outpatient therapy for a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with individuals across different age groups and backgrounds, allowing you to apply your expertise in varied contexts and make significant impacts on their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of documented experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of community mental health resources to facilitate client referrals and support.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with the team.

Preferred Experience\n

While not a requirement, experience in specialized therapeutic modalities or populations, such as trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or group therapy facilitation, will be advantageous.
