This role is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or any location you choose. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at On Point Physical Therapy, your daily responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting telehealth therapy sessions with adults, utilizing evidence-based practices to support their mental health needs.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of session notes and treatment outcomes to ensure clinical excellence.

• Staying informed on current best practices, treatment methodologies, and advancements in mental health care to enhance service delivery.

• Collaborating with a team of professionals to share knowledge, experiences, and support for continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on providing clinical psychotherapy primarily to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, allowing you to adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A master's level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited university.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
\n
• Exceptional written communication skills for documenting client sessions and treatment progress.

• A clean record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with the following experiences will be given preference:

Compensation and Benefits\n
