• Establish and maintain a flexible schedule by personally deciding the number of clients you will see through our digital platform, enabling you to balance your professional and personal commitments effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Your focus will be on understanding their unique experiences, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and guiding them toward fulfilling their personal therapy goals. Your expertise will allow you to tailor interventions to best fit the cultural and situational contexts of your clients, ensuring effective support.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in accordance with state regulations.

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A designated home office that guarantees privacy and confidentiality for all patient interactions.

• Familiarity with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses is imperative.

• Proficiency with technology is essential; you should be comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video conferencing tools, and internal communication platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in providing teletherapy services is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices including, but not limited to, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
