Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary focus will be on your clients' well-being. Your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapy methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to meet each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborating with external treatment providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive client care.
\n
• Regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans based on client progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
\n
• Recording detailed session notes and maintaining accurate documentation for all client interactions, adhering to compliance standards.

• Participating in team meetings to share insights and contribute to a supportive clinical environment.

• Contributing positively to the culture of Caremate Health Inc. by promoting teamwork, inclusivity, and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who may face various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other emotional or behavioral issues. Our emphasis is on prevention-oriented therapy, aiming to equip clients with the necessary skills to enhance their mental health and prevent future crises.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active state license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
\n
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Expertise and previous experience in mental health counseling or a related area, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities necessary for effective client interaction.
\n
• A proven ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative approach toward working with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:

Compensation and Benefits\n
