Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and relationship issues, focusing specifically on mood disorders related to divorce and family dynamics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and vital self-care techniques.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Consult with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care for clients.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals and families facing relational challenges, including but not limited to those experiencing the impacts of divorce or significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
