Partner Development Executive (HR Executive Board) Location: Remote | Number: 610047 | Job Category: Sales | Job Department: Commercial | Job Family: Professional Sales | Job Type: Full Time | Level: Manager This consultative sales position is responsible for new business development with employers, particularly Fortune 500 companies, representing EAB’s Talent Solutions to prospective corporate partners and closing engagements. The role involves establishing relationships with key decision makers, mapping client challenges to our services, and driving revenue growth through a structured sales process. Primary Responsibilities Prospect and build new business within a defined territory; acquire new partners successfully. Build relationships by meeting leaders to discuss strategic challenges, present best‑practice solutions, and sell the vision of EAB’s Corporate Talent Solutions. Conduct live presentations, including diagnostic evaluations, to understand partner needs, educate stakeholders on value, and shape engagement strategies. Meet annual revenue goals by managing a sales pipeline with pursuits at various evaluation stages. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to increase revenue within an assigned portfolio. Maintain an understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving HR leadership priorities. Provide insights from partner development visits to inform future initiatives and new product development. Indirectly manage team members to goals, providing feedback and guidance on professional development. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university. Proof of exceeding personal revenue targets in business development roles. Experience representing complex products or services to external partners in a consultative capacity. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Willingness to travel domestically 25–50%. Valid driver’s license. Professional experience in at least three of the following: Corporate sector. Client presentations and facilitation. Sales or account management. Breaking down complex ideas into simpler concepts. Managing complex executive stakeholder relationships. Ideal Qualifications 6–10+ years of full‑time professional experience. Engagement experience with corporate partners on Talent/HR challenges. Experience working with or partnering with a Talent Management or Human Resources function. Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity in lead generation and problem solving. Ability to articulate current and future value proposition in a consultative sales environment. Executive presence and engaging presentation style, quickly building credibility with senior stakeholders. Experience indirectly managing a Sales Associate, coaching and providing formal and informal feedback. Receptive to feedback, coaching and constructive criticism; ability to learn from mistakes. Strong prioritization and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent writing, critical thinking, negotiation skills, and familiarity with RFP procedures. Commitment to continual learning and contributing to a culture of fairness, authenticity, and belonging. Compensation Base salary range: $74,500 – $136,500 per year. Variable compensation is uncapped, with total earnings ranging from $149,500 to $236,500 at target performance. Salary and earnings vary by experience, skills, and location.
