Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Texas.

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience with a focus on individual and family therapy.

• Solid understanding and experience in working with diverse populations, including couples, children, and teens, particularly those from marginalized communities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience providing teletherapy services will be an asset, as well as specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or other therapeutic modalities that enhance client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
