Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their unique mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques.

• Provide high-quality teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, families, and children from various backgrounds. Our focus includes providing therapeutic services to clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. We value rich cultural competencies, prioritizing clinicians who can relate to and support clients from underrepresented communities, including clients of color and those who identify as LGBTQIA.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience, with a demonstrated capacity to handle a range of mental health issues.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including valuable experience with couples, children, teens, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
