Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education licensure (or eligibility) for the state of New Hampshire
• Experience working with students receiving specialized services, preferably at the elementary or early childhood level
• Strong ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with families
• Thorough understanding of IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Previous experience in a high school or early childhood setting preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Develop and provide specialized instruction for a kindergarten-aged student in a high school environment
• Serve as the student’s case manager, overseeing IEPs and ensuring accommodations are met
• Collaborate with general education staff, related service professionals, and parents to create unified support plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
