About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of its hospitals with a focus on transformative, compassionate care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the hospital's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, as well as fostering a work environment and culture that empowers staff to exceed the company's mission. This role requires overseeing all hospital operations, maintaining financial stability, and actively participating in the marketing of services within the community. The CEO will also be tasked with promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity and celebrating the achievements of the team. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5 years' management experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 2-3 years in a senior management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in areas such as budget development, marketing for growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role demands a leader who is passionate about making a difference, is adept at leading with empathy, and is committed to the values of inclusivity, support, and teamwork.
