Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the school environment.

• Implement effective therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and other mental health professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans that address students' unique challenges and promote their well-being.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning in collaboration with school staff, ensuring a safe environment for all students.

• Lead psychoeducation sessions and support groups, equipping students and families with resources and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
