Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings, carefully evaluating clients' mental health conditions and identifying appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Create individualized treatment plans that address specific client concerns and aspirations, utilizing a client-centered and strengths-based approach.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to develop integrated treatment strategies that offer holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
