Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a strong advocate for clients, assisting them in navigating community resources, social services, and support networks to promote their well-being and recovery.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support, employing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic strategies to help stabilize clients during moments of acute distress.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and secure client records, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans, in adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and peers, to ensure holistic care tailored to individual client needs.

• Educate clients on coping mechanisms, strengths-based strategies, and self-care practices to empower them in managing their own mental health effectively.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, building relationships that enhance referral resources and foster stronger partnerships within the healthcare network.

Qualifications\n
