Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an AP Specialist to support an Accounts Payable transformation and Workday migration initiative. This role will focus on supplier maintenance, invoice processing, vendor data updates, and transaction cleanup activities while helping the organization transition from a legacy system to Workday. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced working in a fast-paced, automated AP environment. The pay rate of this position is $24-27/hr and is dependent on experience.

Skills and Requirements

Accounts Payable experience and understanding Experience working within an ERP and automated environment Invoice processing and supplier/vendor maintenance experience Strong attention to detail and attention to detail Workday specific ERP experience Excel proficiency Experience supporting ERP implementations or migrations Large enterprise AP experience Strong administrative background supporting finance teams
