Development Manager West Location: West Coast, USA Start Date: 09 July 2026 Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to join our team on the West Coast. As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the development of various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering high-quality products. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Proven experience in team management and project delivery
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
