Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, gathering comprehensive client histories and understanding their mental health needs while documenting findings accurately.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, incorporating various therapeutic techniques like CBT, DBT, or family therapy.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering open communication, trust, and therapeutic rapport to enhance client engagement.

• Maintain meticulous progress notes and treatment records in compliance with state regulations, ensuring alignment with HIPAA standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves a diverse outpatient population encompassing individuals with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and co-occurring issues such as addiction and homelessness. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is a prerequisite for this role.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Applicants should have a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in mental health services and crisis management.
