Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and assessments of patients, tailoring treatment plans based on individual needs, which may include rehabilitative exercises, manual therapy, and the use of therapeutic modalities.
• Implement and modify treatment approaches while documenting progress, ensuring treatments align with established therapeutic goals for each patient.
• Engage with patients in the development of their individualized treatment plans, tracking improvements and updating goals as necessary to reflect changing needs.
• Educate patients and their families on physical therapy practices, techniques for managing their conditions, and the appropriate use of assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
