Litigation Associate (San Diego) Location: San Diego, CA Compensation: $150K-$170K + annual performance-based bonus Experience: 2-3 Years Work Model: Hybrid This role focuses on 2-3 years litigation with public law focus; support partners/senior attorneys across civil litigation, case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, trial prep, legal research, memoranda, deadlines, filings, client interviews, witness prep, depositions, and mediations. Trial & Litigation Attorney (7+ years) Location: Los Angeles / San Diego / Oakland, CA Compensation: $190K-$300K + discretionary performance bonus Experience: 7-12 Years Work Model: Hybrid This role focuses on 7+ years sophisticated civil litigation; state/federal law-and-motion including dispositive motions; demurrers, MSJ/MSA, anti-SLAPP, writ proceedings; depositions; evidence strategy; expert work-up; witness interviews; trial preparation; public entity litigation, constitutional claims, takings, 1983, First Amendment, due process, equal protection.
