Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for assigned clients, identifying their specific mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear objectives and measurable goals.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients' treatment-related inquiries, ensuring open and constructive communication regarding their progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with facility policies and legal requirements, utilizing appropriate electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCs work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. By focusing on young clients, the LPC plays an essential role in shaping their emotional and psychological resilience, impacting their long-term well-being and success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field with a focus on mental health.

• Active and valid LPC certification in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
