Clinicians have the autonomy to manage their schedules, with a caseload that can range between 10-30 billable hours per week. Our services are primarily provided via telehealth, with opportunities to participate in team consultations either remotely or occasionally in-person. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, followed by ongoing short-term psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored for individuals and families.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic services including but not limited to crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy for clients with mental health and dual disorders.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed psychologists and nurse practitioners, to define treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Utilize telehealth technology and electronic health records to maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to all organizational guidelines.

• Participate in weekly clinical team meetings to discuss case management, review treatment strategies, and engage in quality assurance activities that uphold our clinical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, remaining up to date with the latest research and best practices in psychotherapy and telehealth delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and co-occurring disorders. You will assess treatment needs and facilitate access to appropriate levels of care, ensuring that our clients receive effective and timely interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Arizona is mandatory, or equivalent licensure such as a Psy.D.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy in a traditional or telehealth setting.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly related to couple and family therapy, will be advantageous.

• Familiarity with the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for diagnostic evaluations is preferred.

• Previous involvement in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams that enhance client care will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
