GENZ RYAN IS HIRING AN INSTALL COORDINATOR - The Quarterback Behind Every Successful Install.

If you're the type of person who loves keeping 100 balls in the air without dropping one...keep reading.

We're looking for someone who thrives in organized chaos. Someone who can juggle schedules, permits, materials, installers, subcontractors, spreadsheets, ServiceTitan, phone calls, and customer updates—all before lunch.

You'll be the person making sure our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical installation teams have everything they need to knock it out of the park.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

• Schedule and dispatch install crews
• Coordinate permits, materials, and subcontractors
• Keep projects moving from sold to installed
• Support our Sales and Operations teams
• Process rebates, warranties, and job documentation
• Solve problems before anyone else knows they exist

Requirements

• Ability to work in the office full-time required (non-remote)
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 6 months experience in an office, administrative or related position required.
• Exceptional computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Previous HVAC service experience in residential homes preferred, not required.
• Positive, “can-do” attitude and an excellent sense of urgency in handling high volume daily tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in an ever-changing and evolving environment.
• Willing and able to embrace constant change.
• Keen ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form.

Compensation: $48,000-$60,000.00 annual compensation depending upon experience.
