Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and viewed as a trusted advisor. Develop understanding of client business strategy and identify innovative product solutions to balance costs with long-term health strategy. Ensure client is satisfied with product outcomes and services. Responsible for renewal contract negotiations, client and membership retention, and RFP preparation, if needed. Required Job Qualifications: \* Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years’ experience in Healthcare Account Management OR 10+ years’ experience in Healthcare Account Management \* Current state agent insurance license or obtain within 90 days \* Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in complex accounts \* Sales negotiation and conflict management skills \* Knowledge of health care industry regulations, products, market trends and competitive landscape \* Analytical and presentation skills including producing and analyzing reports/data, developing presentations, and maintaining databases of sales activities \* Ability and willingness to travel as needed Preferred Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree #LI-CH1 #LI-Hybrid INJLF### ### ### **Pay Transparency Statement:**At Health Care Service Corporation, you will be part of an organization committed to offering meaningful benefits to our employees to support their life outside of work.
