Although the work is conducted remotely, you will remain an integral part of our outpatient clinical team, participating in regular team meetings and collaborative care planning. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments to identify clients' emotional and psychological needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on clients' progress and feedback, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

• Document and maintain thorough case notes and progress records in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Foster strong therapeutic relationships and offer supportive guidance, helping clients navigate challenges and work toward their personal goals.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to enhance the overall care we provide.

• Engage with the local community through workshops, seminars, and other outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse adult client population experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect empathetically with clients from various backgrounds will be crucial in providing effective and culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competence in providing therapy to individuals.
