Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of professionalism.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver holistic and integrated mental health services, sharing insights and strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings that foster mutual learning and promote best practices within the team.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources, empowering them to navigate their wellness journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing mental health support to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various psychological challenges. You will address topics such as trauma recovery, anxiety management, depression, and situational stress, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active license to practice in Washington State as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or a Licensed Psychologist.

• Proficient in applying psychotherapy techniques and interventions that are evidence-based and client-centered.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to establish and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.
