Role Description The Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT, providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The role involves organizing executive communications, drafting correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and files. The Executive Assistant will help prepare presentations and meeting materials, track action items, and support follow-up to ensure priorities are met. This position also supports office operations, liaises with internal and external stakeholders, and safeguards confidential information while maintaining a professional and organized work environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination. Candidates should possess experience with Administrative Assistance and office organization, including document management and task tracking. Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and basic financial or budget tracking. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with executives, team members, and external partners. Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and scheduling software. High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience supporting executives or senior leaders, ideally in construction or related industries; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
