Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2270 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 60 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Must be competent in multiple ICU specialties, including Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic/Cardiac ICU, Burn, Trauma Surgery, and IMC/Progressive populations.
- Basic arrhythmia experience required.
- CRRT-Nextstage experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
- Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
- Epic experience within the past 12 months preferred.

Unit Details:
- Adult and geriatric high-acuity patient population.
- Includes IMC/Progressive/General care populations as needed.

Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend and some holidays.

Floating Requirements:
- Will float to Neuro ICU, CV/CT ICU, Burn, Trauma, MSICU, and IMC/Progressive units.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
