Sales Manager (Document Management Experience)

EverWorx is growing and looking for a selling Sales Manager with experience in the document management space to join and lead its team in Denver!

About You:

• You have experience managing a team of sales representatives in the document management space while managing a territory of your own
\n
• You have an exceptional work ethic, are competitive, outgoing, and hard-working
\n
• You are highly organized with strong time-management, multitasking and prioritization skills
\n
• You have experience training and motivating a team to achieve sales quotas
\n
• You have knowledge of sales, negotiation and product demonstration techniques and have experience implementing them in a B2B sales environment
\n
• You have knowledge of sales leadership best practices including: teambuilding, resource allocation, strategic planning and management
\n
• You have excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.

What you’ll do:

\n

\n
• Recruit, train and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
\n
• Coordinate weekly meetings with sales representatives to review activity and facilitate development ensuring goals are being met
\n
• Help to create sales proposals and assist sales representatives during customer appointments with providing competitive intelligence, negotiation and overcoming customer objections
\n
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
\n
• Conduct or arrange ongoing training in sales effectiveness, product knowledge and industry trends
\n
• Listen to and resolve customer questions and complaints regarding services, products or personnel
\n
• Market office technology and attain individual quotas

Job Type: Full-time

\n

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

\n
