Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Provide individualized counseling services to adults via secure video conferencing, ensuring a confidential and supportive environment.

• Carefully evaluate clients through a structured intake process, allowing only stable individuals with low acuity to access your services.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid, independent therapy license in California, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that we cannot accept limited or provisional licenses or candidates with any disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000–130,000 annually, with opportunities for full-time positions exceeding 30 hours per week.
