This position is fully remote, allowing you to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Anxiety Health Network, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized psychotherapy and counseling services to clients via telehealth platforms, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments by interviewing patients to gather relevant social, personal, and health information, enabling you to tailor interventions to meet specific needs.

• Developing and implementing treatment plans aimed at addressing clients' emotional and behavioral health needs, providing both short-term crisis management and long-term therapeutic support.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that promote peer support and shared learning among clients.

• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients, fostering a safe space for discussing sensitive issues and promoting positive outcomes.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes according to established protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational guidelines.

• Participating in case management activities, including coordinating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic client support.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of experience in clinical social work, psychology, or counseling.
