Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical, compassionate mental health counseling sessions through video conferencing platforms, reaching clients where they feel safe and secure.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate client progress and modify treatment plans uniquely tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Assist clients in developing effective coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and improved communication techniques to enhance their overall mental health.

• Document client interactions and progress with minimal paperwork to focus more on client care and less on administration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with stable, low-acuity adults who are managing various mental health challenges. You will support individuals by providing them with strategies to cope with daily stresses and life transitions, promoting a positive mental health experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure is required in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• Independent licensure without supervision is necessary, with no disciplinary actions recorded against your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with high computer literacy, ensuring seamless communication and documentation.
\n
• A stable internet connection is essential for conducting remote counseling sessions effectively.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with low-acuity adult clients in a therapeutic setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and counseling software is a plus.
