Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that leverage evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to formulate personalized treatment plans, ensuring each client's unique needs are met.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), actively engaging clients in their treatment journey and adapting methods as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
