Key Account Manager (M/W/D) For Energy Suppliers
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a key account manager (m/w/d) for energy suppliers for the sales area east (Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, and Saxony-Anhalt) who wants to enjoy a mix of existing and new customer acquisition. The comprehensive Viessmann solutions, consisting of products, tools, and services, help energy suppliers actively advance the heat transition. Responsibilities
As a key account manager (m/w/d) you are responsible for:
- Securing and increasing sales with evus through holistic analysis of the market environment (definition of customer- and process-relevant KPIs for the market) including potential derivation/planning and definition of medium- and long-term growth goals in the German market
- Derivation of action recommendations (process and structural adjustments, product and service strategies, price and discount systems, development of a sales and marketing concept)
- Building and maintaining networks in the market environment with decision-makers and influencers
- Structuring and expanding existing customers (farming) and possibly conversion into key accounts, contact generation (lead-hunting)
- Direct and personal care of A-customers
- Preparation and conduct of negotiations in cooperation with the area sales for B and C customers
- Expansion of synergies with the area sales
Requirements
You are an empathetic sales talent with a passion for acquisition and sales. It excites you to build existing business relationships and win new customers for sustainable solutions. With communication skills, initiative, and persuasiveness, you actively contribute to the team. You want to develop yourself in a dynamic growth market. In addition, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Completed technical or business administration university studies
- Relevant professional experience (at least 5 years) in sales, preferably in multi-channel sales (channel management) or key account management including project management
- Very good knowledge of the industry and market participants and changing business models through digitalization (e.g., holistic energy management) in the evus environment
- High adaptability to changing market influences on sales concepts
- Strong process orientation and entrepreneurial action
- Negotiation-safe language and presentation skills in German and English

Salary range
The annual salary for this position is between 59,500.00 - 118,500.00 annually. Factors such as skills, education, experience, and other qualifications can influence the salary within this range.
Additional compensation
This position may be eligible for short-term bonus payments.
