Account Executive Overview We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expansion within K‑12 school districts. This role is responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from discovery through close, and partnering with internal teams to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. What You’ll Do Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid‑market and enterprise school districts Run discovery‑led sales processes to uncover operational and strategic needs Build and execute deal strategies across multi‑stakeholder environments Forecast accurately and manage pipeline effectively Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Leadership to close deals What We’re Looking For 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience Proven track record of closing complex deals ($75K+ ARR) Strong discovery and consultative selling skills Experience selling to multiple stakeholders and executive buyers Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly organized with strong pipeline management discipline Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM Nice to Have Experience selling into K‑12 education or public sector Familiarity with ITSM, asset management, or facilities workflows Experience working with channel partners or resellers What Makes Incident IQ Different We facilitate whole‑person growth where employees can develop personally as well as professionally.
