Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting through telehealth services, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or your chosen workspace. Though primarily a work-from-home role, you will have ongoing support from our collaborative team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather insights into patients' unique backgrounds and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that respect and integrate the cultural identities of patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active, unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Kansas.
