Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health issues, developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific needs of each client, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based practices.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring their safety, and connecting them with immediate resources if needed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of care and improve client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources, advocating for client rights as necessary.

• Commit to continuous learning by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay updated with the latest research and methodologies in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.

• Strong clinical assessment skills with a minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
