Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and data-driven Demandgen / Growth Marketer to launch, scale, and optimize our global merchant acquisition engines under a permanent, full-time remote configuration (with regional alignment open across New York). In this high-leverage commercial growth seat, you will act as the principal customer lifecycle architect responsible for engineering automated acquisition loops that turn blockchain product managers, web3 growth squads, and institutional finance directors into active platform buyers. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated customer service phone queues, simple social media calendar management, or basic blog postings, you will run an active cross-chain audience segmentation, outbound campaign synthesis, and rigorous A/B conversion experimentation laboratory. Partnering directly beside internal Product Marketing and Marketing Ops cells, you will take absolute ownership over pipeline generation metrics, scaling ARR and demo bookings. This position requires a SaaS demand generation veteran with 5+ years of digital marketing history who handles conversion pipelines fluidly natively using Lead Generation, Email Marketing, and Web3 primitives, commands complete operational intimacy with complex automation stacks, and demonstrates extreme responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation Engine Governance: Architect, deploy, and monitor scalable growth marketing campaigns across digital acquisition channels to systematically maximize contract conversions natively utilizing Lead Generation best practices.
- Lifecycle Campaign Instrumentation: Construct and scale multi-stage automated email and inbound customer journeys, delivering triggered static and dynamic assets like chain-specific KPI dashboards natively leveraging Email Marketing .
- Web3 Conversion Experimentation: Formulate and execute rigorous testing frameworks across niche segments (such as DeFi builders versus NFT growth cells), executing disciplined A/B testing on headers, landing page variations, and creative concepts to capture ARR.
- Data-Driven Customer Analytics: Dig directly into customer behavioral analytics, matching user engagement trends with Web3 on-chain metrics and database interactions to refine audience segmentation models.
- Marketing Tech Stack Calibration: Command end-to-end configuration and pipeline testing parameters inside modern inbound data platforms, running smooth list workflows natively utilizing tools like HubSpot, Clay, or clear alternatives .
- Cross-Functional Strategy Synchronization: Coordinate close-knit neben Product Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to translate technical semantic data capabilities into highly resonant value propositions for risk and compliance executives.
- High Agency System Ownership: Embody an athlete mindset regarding consistency and extreme ownership, proactively discovering your own conversion shortcuts, tracking metrics, and resolving execution bottlenecks.
- Proof of Work Document Customization: Lead from the front by independently prototyping Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for net-new marketing plays, proving campaign momentum before onboarding broader internal cells.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of proven, successful professional growth marketing or demand generation experience, with a documented history operating inside a fast-moving, high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
- Expert Inbound Pipeline Command: At least 2+ years of dedicated operational experience driving conversions, tracking marketing-sourced ARR, and structuring scalable outbound campaigns inside the blockchain, fintech, web3, or heavy enterprise data analytics fields .
- Meticulous practical literacy managing data pipelines and list structures natively inside advanced software components like HubSpot, Clay, or similar orchestration tools .
- Deep analytical instincts with complete comfort evaluating complex engagement metrics, transaction datasets, and product conversion funnels.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and textual presentation communication strengths in English, with an established background delivering scannable value summaries to technical and institutional financial buyers.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open to qualified demand generation and web3 growth marketing authorities, with flexible regional hubs open in New York or global remote .
